In 2013, BUILD partnered with the Bryan/College Station Chapter of Habitat for Humanity to construct a home for a single mother and her family. This was BUILD's first project, and hundreds came out to help this local community effort.
In 2014, BUILD started a 3-year project, called the 12 for 12 Project, to transform 12 shipping containers into portable medical clinics that would be dedicated in remembrance of the 12 fallen Aggies who lost their lives in the 1999 collapse of Aggie Bonfire.
BUILD is continuing to make Texas Aggie Medical Clinics. In 2018, BUILD started the Fallen Aggie Hero Project in which 37 clinics will be dedicated to the Aggie veterans who have lost their lives on or since 9/11.
