Command Team members are on board with us for an entire calendar year starting in the spring semester and ending in the fall semester with the completion of construction. In the spring, they work on acquiring donations, improving clinic designs, planning fall recruitment, and finishing other important tasks. During the fall project, Command Team members direct and teach Student Supervisors and volunteers on site. No previous experience is required to be a Command Team member, just a passion for BUILD and uniting the student body here at Texas A&M.
Our Command Team is divided into 10 sub teams: Internal Relations, Development and Training, Outreach, Marketing, Volunteers, Operations and Logistics, Design, Construction, Materials and Procurement, and External Relations. See our Teams tab for specific team information.
